Sometimes a cover is so much better than the original. This is one such time.
Experimental organic-style distillation column segment made of copper. A wooden form was made for half of the column; and two column halves were hammer-formed out of copper sheets. The two halves were joined together by soldering and rolled seams.
Them folks in London don’t seem to get it, but the Soul Rebels are still sounding great as they remix Gnarls Barkley, second-line style.
This set of one dozen gesture drawings survived the federal flood with the addition of purple stains, flood lines, and various other marks. Each drawing measures approximately 27″ x 32.625″ (686mm x 830mm).
